Production management At Kasukabe plant, we are manufacturing electro-mechanical devices and disposable products made of macromolecule. These different types of products are manufactured through two separated lines. Electro-Mechanical devices : Each components is inspected by up-to-date measuring devices and assembled to final product. Performance and electrical inspection is done for each unit. Disposable products : Our disposable product is required high level quality assurance since it contacts with humor such as blood. Every assembly line is in the clean-room. All disposable products are sterilized by auto-clave or EOG. At Cebu plant, we are manufacturing disposable products.
